It’s been a bit quiet here lately, but that’s because we welcomed the newest addition to our family, a baby girl just two weeks ago. Claire Edith is her name, and we are all smitten, including her big brother. I have been enjoying lots of new-born cuddles and haven’t exactly found the time to do much sewing related activities. So, if you don’t hear from me every week, don’t be surprised. I’m just busy with a new-born and a toddler. I’m not giving up the blogging and pattern writing, so don’t panic, things may just take a little longer for a while, until we get into the swing of things.
I also released a new applique pattern about two weeks ago too, which I haven’t found the time to share with you until now.

My ice cream appliqué pattern can be found in my Etsy shop, for a very small price.
I used it to make a glitter/confetti appliqué on the front of this zipper pouch, so much fun. Who else has tried glitter vinyl appliqué ? If not, who would like to know how it’s done?

I also used my ice cream appliqué template to make this ice cream baby bib. Such a quick and sweet gift for any expecting mother.

If you want to use my ice cream appliqué for your own projects, you can find the pattern template in my Etsy store.
If you do make a project using this template, I’d love to see it and share your creation so please tag me on either Facebook or Instagram.
